Code of Conduct and Ethics*

  • Conduct business in a professional manner at all times.

  • Ensure food safety at all times

  • Refrain from negative activity or speech in public or in print in regards to organized events.

  • Vendors will always leave a sales area in the same or better condition than when they arrived.

  • Any problems with a location will be addressed through management directly.

  • Must arrive at schedule location ready to serve in scheduled time slot and stay for the duration of assigned time, unless previously cleared with Downtown Bites.

  • Prep and set-up shall be conducted outside of the scheduled time slot.

  • Promptly acknowledging and taking appropriate action on all customer concerns.

  • Refraining from any act intended to restrain trade or suppress competition.

  • Attaining and retaining insurance as required by state, county, and/or local authorities.

  • Attaining and retaining licensing and/or registration as required by state, county and/or local authorities.

I understand and agree to act in accordance to the code of conduct above.

Cancellation Policy*

  • You may cancel with a full refund 7 days prior to your booked date. After that time, it is your responsibility to find a replacement truck for your booking. All replacement trucks must be approved Downtown Bites vendors.

  • If you NO SHOW, do not find a replacement for yourself, if your replacement NO SHOWS, you will not be permitted to book with Downtown Bites in the future.

  • Is not a rain or shine service. Any cancellation of dates is entirely up to and the location. Any cancellation will be made by 10am for lunchtime shifts or 2pm for dinner shifts and you will be notified via email and/or phone.

Sales Reporting Policy*

  • Gross sales information must be submitted to Downtown Bites within 24 hours following the attended event. Please email sales number to [email protected]
